KONE India is seeking an Associate Recruitment Specialist to join the Chennai-based KBS team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and building strong candidate pipelines across India.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely support for recruitment needs. You will conduct market mapping, maintain trackers, and help drive bulk hiring while upholding confidentiality and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job portals.
• Strong candidate screening and profile assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand recruitment requirements and job descriptions for positions across India.
• Source qualified candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screening of profiles against required skills, experience, qualifications, and location criteria.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Share shortlisted profiles with Recruiters/Talent Acquisition for evaluation.
• Coordinate with Recruiters to understand feedback and improve sourcing quality.
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential talent pools for difficult roles.
• Maintain candidate information and update recruitment trackers/systems timely.
• Ensure timely turnaround of sourcing requests and meet recruitment SLAs.
• Support bulk/volume hiring when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and follow policies.

The Recruitment Sourcer will support the TA recruitment activities by identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for various positions. The role will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build qualified talent pipelines and ensure timely support for recruitment requirements across India.

What will you be doing?

• Understand recruitment requirements and job descriptions for positions across the India.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial screening of profiles against the required skills, experience, qualifications, and location criteria.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Share shortlisted profiles with the respective Recruiters/Talent Acquisition team for further evaluation.
• Coordinate with Recruiters to understand feedback and continuously improve the quality of sourced profiles.
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential talent pools for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and update recruitment trackers/systems on a timely basis.
• Ensure timely turnaround of sourcing requests and meet agreed recruitment SLAs.
• Support bulk/volume hiring requirements whenever required.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and follow recruitment policies and processes.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job portals.
• Strong candidate screening and profile assessment skills.
• Good understanding of different job functions and ability to identify relevant talent pools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders and different time zones.
