Job summary

CRI Group in India is seeking a procurement specialist to manage sourcing for machining and sheet metal fabricated parts, including new product development (NPD). This role ensures timely delivery as per schedules and conducts detailed cost estimations for parts.

The position also handles invoice accounting for supplies, freight, and other service invoices while coordinating with QA against supplier quality issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office Excel for procurement activities.
• Sourcing and process knowledge in machining and sheet metal fabricated parts.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to prepare detailed cost estimations for machining or moulded parts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of machining and sheet metal fabricated parts including NPD.
• Ensure on time delivery of materials as per schedules.
• Provide detailed costing estimation for machining and sheet metal fabricated parts.
• Handle commercials – invoice accounting for supplies, freight and other service invoices.
• Coordinate with QA team and supplier to resolve quality issues.
