Job summary

Quadratyx is looking for an Associate Project Manager in Chennai, focused on supporting the execution of customer projects across AI, data, and analytics. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, KPIs, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Applicants should possess an MBA with a strong grasp of project management principles, ideally with 1-2 years of related experience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• MBA with CGPA of 7.5 or higher.
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and documentation.

Skills

Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects across AI, data, and analytics domains. The role works closely with project managers, delivery heads, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, task lists, documentation, and status reports
• Track key project KPIs, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in project execution
• Support planning and tracking activities for internal and client projects
• Prepare meeting minutes, dashboards, and performance reports
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers to ensure business alignment
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including optimization and automation

Education

MBA, With Specialization in Systems/Finance/Business Analytics), with at least one Project Management course, with CGPA of 7.5 or higher

Skills

• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project is an advantage

Experience

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Project Management in Financial Services Software Companies/Fintech companies would be ideal
