Job summary

Siam Computing is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Chennai team. The candidate will coordinate IT projects, act as the main communication conduit with clients, and help define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

The role involves developing detailed project plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality and client satisfaction. At least 1 year of project management or coordination experience in IT is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience in project management or project coordination within the IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Assist in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
