Job summary

Siam Computing is looking for a proactive Project Manager in Chennai to lead software development initiatives. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of milestones and dependencies.

The role requires 3–6 years of project management experience in IT environments, with strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and Asana is preferred.

• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 3–6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in an IT / Software Development / Product Development environment.
• Coordinate between Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and other teams.
• Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between teams.
• Manage projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain project trackers, plans, dashboards, and documentation.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional project teams.
• Clearly communicate responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Act as a key point of contact for project-related communication.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
• Develop practical solutions and mitigation plans.
• Strong ownership and accountability towards project deliverables.
