Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking an accomplished Project/Program Manager with 18+ years of experience to lead large-scale programs. The candidate should have recent 5-6 years in program management, strong communication, and deep Agile/Scrum expertise.

You will drive delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and SDLC governance for SaaS platforms, foster automation, and apply AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of total experience with 5–6 years in project/program management.
• Led large-scale projects/programs as Project/Program Manager.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM and SDLC governance.
• Stakeholder management across customers and internal teams.
• Delivery ownership with focus on SaaS platforms and automation.
• Awareness of AI tools and their application in development/deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver large programs with end-to-end accountability.
• Manage stakeholders, requirements, staffing, and financials.
• Communicate delivery timelines, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Track metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee SDLC activities and ensure on-time delivery of SaaS platforms.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigations; handle escalations proactively.
