Job summary

The PMO - Process & Data Analyst role at Ingram Micro in Mumbai supports governance, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will track projects, coordinate stakeholders, analyze processes, and develop dashboards to drive operational excellence and delivery success.

You will build KPI dashboards using Power BI and Excel, document SOPs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze business and project data.
• Document and analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
• Support project planning, tracking, governance, and status reporting.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions and deliverables.
• Analyze and document business processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and process documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and support business transformation initiatives.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and insights to stakeholders.
• Support leadership with performance reporting and data-driven recommendations.

Job Summary

Tools: Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Planner/Project. AI & Digital Tools Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot & Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, report generation, process documentation.
