The PMO – Process & Data Analyst supports project governance, process improvement initiatives, and data driven decision-making across the organization. The role is responsible for project tracking, stakeholder coordination, process analysis, performance reporting, dashboard development, and continuous improvement activities to drive operational excellence and successful project delivery.
bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in PMO, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
PMO: Project Governance, RAID Management, Project Reporting, Stakeholder Management. Process: Process Mapping, SOP Documentation, Root Cause Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, SIPOC, RACI. Analytics: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, KPI Reporting, Data Visualization, SQL (Preferred). Tools: Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Planner/Project. AI & Digital Tools Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot & Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, report generation, process documentation.
