Job summary

Prismforce is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our product team in Bengaluru. You will own end-to-end product areas, collaborating with senior PMs, engineers, and designers to define, build, and iterate on features enhancing our platform for enterprise customers.

You will write PRDs and user stories, partner with sales to translate pipeline insights into product decisions, and define north-star metrics. A strong focus on customer empathy and cross-functional alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Degree from IIT/BITS or equivalent.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for one or more product modules from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Partner with sales and customer success to understand pipeline blockers and retention risks.
• Define and track north-star metrics and leading indicators for your areas.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Evaluate competitor products and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Champion design quality and usability; collaborate with designers on workflows and edge cases.
