Job summary

Kissht is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Conversion team in Mumbai. You will optimize customer journeys, improve conversion rates across the lending funnel, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, and Business to deliver impactful product initiatives.

You’ll leverage data and experiments to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Product/Analytics, basic SQL, and familiarity with funnel analytics and A/B

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Analytics
  • Fintech or lending product exposure preferred
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and optimization opportunities
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and supporting A/B tests
  • Data-driven mindset with basic SQL skills
  • Ability to define product requirements and write user stories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of cohorts and segmentation to drive conversions
  • Excellent written communication for PRDs and decision documents
  • Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, and Business

Responsibilities

  • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities
  • Monitor funnel metrics and reduce drop-offs across web and app journeys
  • Define product requirements, write PRDs and user stories with Engineering and Design
  • Support A/B experiments for messaging, UI, pricing, and journeys
  • Collaborate with Analytics to evaluate feature performance and derive insights
  • Translate business requirements into defined product solutions and prioritize initiatives
  • Work with Risk, Business, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver features
  • Track KPIs and optimize customer experience using data-driven decisions
  • Prepare structured product documentation and recommendation documents for stakeholders

Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Associate Product Manager to join our Conversion team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing customer journeys, improving conversion rates across the lending funnel, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product initiatives. You will leverage data, customer insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you will do:
  • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend product improvements.
  • Monitor funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and work with stakeholders to improve conversion across web and app journeys.
  • Define product requirements, write PRDs and user stories, and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features.
  • Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments for messaging, UI, pricing, and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to evaluate feature performance and derive actionable insights from customer behavior.
  • Translate business requirements into well-defined product solutions and prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
  • Work closely with Risk, Business, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
  • Track product KPIs and continuously optimize the customer experience using data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare structured product documentation, one-pagers, and recommendation documents for stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Analytics, preferably with exposure to fintech or lending products
  • Understanding of user conversion funnels and the ability to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities across the customer journey
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and ability to support A/B tests for messaging, UI, pricing, and user flows
  • Data-driven mindset with basic SQL skills and the ability to analyze funnel metrics using tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, or Excel
  • Ability to define product requirements, write user stories, and work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver features
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations
  • Understanding of cohorts, segmentation, and customer behaviour analysis to drive conversion improvements
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare PRDs, one-pagers, and decision documents
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, and Business
