Job summary

Fareportal is seeking an Associate Product Manager for the Growth team to own landing pages, marketing emails, and app notifications across brands on desktop and mobile. You will collaborate with marketing managers and engineering teams to create landing pages and email templates that drive customer acquisition and retention globally.

The role requires translating research and data into prioritized problems, writing clear user stories, and working with engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management in B2C digital, e-commerce, travel, fintech or marketplace.
  • Track record of shipping consumer features that moved measurable business metrics.
  • Strong data fluency: SQL basics, funnel analysis, Power BI / Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics.
  • Hands-on with A/B testing and Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban); Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent written communication; distills complexity into 1-page executive decisions.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, CS, or related.

  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests;
  • Communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership.
  • Serve as the voice of customer for your product area.

Role Description

We are seeking a Associate Product Manager- for the Growth team. The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, offering a rich array of customer acquisition and communication solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to book (flight tickets, hotel rooms, car rental).

In this role, you will own the landing pages/marketing emails & app notifications for all brands across desktop and mobile platforms. You will work closely with marketing business managers and across teams at Fareportal to build landing pages and email templates that will shape the company customer acquisition and retention channels. This is a high-impact role that requires big-picture thinking, but also strong execution, technical depth, analytical rigor and excellent communication.

The ideal candidate wants to work on projects where they are inventing solutions to real problems that require creative solutions and deep understanding of the problem space. They know how to work cross-functionally to create alignment and deliver results. They are comfortable engaging in technical discussions with senior engineers to define product strategy. They want to create value and impact the direction of products and business globally.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Online Travel (OTA), airline distribution, or high-volume transactional sites.
  • Exposure to payments, ancillary products, or personalization/ML surfaces.
  • Experience working across India + US teams.
