Job summary

Fareportal in Gurgaon is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to shape the India product team's roadmap and drive business goals. You will partner with global stakeholders to craft a compelling travel platform experience for flights, hotels, and more.

The role requires 4–6 years in product management, 2–3 years in product analytics, and experience with OTA/e-commerce or tech startups. Strong data-driven mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product management experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in product analytics.
• Experience of working in OTA, e-commerce or technology startup is preferred.
• Experience of working in an agile scrum environment.
• Overall strong, product and technology awareness/background.
• Strong communicator - verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Be curious! Build a product that offers a great experience for our users to book flights, hotels, and more.
• Own the product roadmap. Maintain a backlog, groom it, prioritize it and translate it to prioritized sprint plans.
• Evaluate industry, competitor, market, and technology trends as inputs into the product roadmap.
• Work closely with a team of skilled engineers to deliver sprints on time and set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the platform and the team.
• Ensure that your team is constantly doing the right things, and has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to achieve company's short- and long-term goals.

Role Overview

Fareportal is looking for a collaborative and inspirational Product Manager to join their India product team in Gurgaon. You will work with stakeholders across the globe to create product roadmap and execute the business strategy to meet business goals. S/he should have the penchant to solve complex product problems with simplest possible solutions.

• Engineering Degree from a reputed college (IITs/NITs, etc.) with MBA from reputed college.
