Job summary

WebEngage in Mumbai is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for assigned pods and collaborate with engineers and designers to execute the product vision.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, strong communication and analytical skills, and a relentless focus on quality. You will engage with customers, plan sprints, write specs, and collaborate with marketing on launches.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech and MBA/PG from a premier institute.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Crisp and clear communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Obsession for quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the assigned functional pods.
• Be the SPOC for all stakeholders: customer teams, engineering, and design.
• Have calls with customers to understand their pain points and devise a solution aligned with the product vision.
• Plan sprints and feature releases with the engineering manager and ensure execution of the roadmap.
• Write detailed specs for changes incorporated in the product.
• Manage technical documentation and knowledge base content for the product.
• Conduct internal training and education for Product onboarding.
• Demonstrate new feature launches to internal teams.
• Work with the Product Marketing team for customer communication around new launches.
• Measure the impact of features through KPIs.
• Understand other complementary tools that customers use in the marketing automation space.

Team and Reporting:

You will own aspects of the product for one or many functional pods. While executing the product vision, you will work closely with engineers and designers. You will report to the Head of Product.
