Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. You will contribute to the evolution of our influencer marketing platform by supporting product development, improving user experience, and helping turn customer and business needs into impactful product solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate ideas and requirements into well-defined, user-focused product features and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning and discovery through execution and release.
• Gather, understand, document, and prioritize product and user requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Support the definition and maintenance of product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless product updates.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the influencer marketing space.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
• Work with design and engineering teams to clarify requirements, track progress, resolve dependencies, and support timely delivery.
• Participate in product testing, feedback cycles, launches, and post-release reviews to ensure quality and adoption.
• Monitor user feedback and product performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-informed solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of product development fundamentals, user-centric thinking, and prioritization.
• Ability to gather requirements, structure problems, and communicate product needs clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to B2B SaaS, marketplaces, creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with product analytics, user research, wireframing/prototyping, or tools such as Jira, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum product development practices.
