Leegality is seeking an Associate Product Manager to deliver impactful features by collaborating with tech, design, and business teams. The role requires a solid product management foundation and a keen interest in leveraging AI to solve real-world problems.

You will understand system interdependencies, break down complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A focus on AI-driven user experiences and business outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product management or related role.
• B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation.
• Proven track record of working with development teams to deliver projects.
• Hands-on product management experience.
• Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve business problems.
• Strong communication and collaborative attitude within teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch.
• Understand and map how different systems interact, documenting dependencies and edge cases.
• Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for different audiences.
• Assess technical feasibility with engineering teams to ensure practical and efficient solutions.
• Explore and incorporate AI/ML features into product offerings.
• Maintain transparent, structured communication with cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
• Analyze product performance and iterate to improve features and processes.

Role Brief

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful product features by collaborating with tech, design, and business teams. This role demands a strong technical foundation in product management, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to solve real-world problems.

You are expected to understand system interdependencies, deconstruct complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A key aspect of this role involves continuously exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Execution: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch.
• System & Process Mapping: Understand and document how different systems interact, identifying dependencies and edge cases.
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for different audiences (e.g., tech teams, leadership, marketing). Extract and use data to support your requirements.
• Technical Feasibility Assessment: Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and align with tech constraints.
• AI Integration: Work with technical teams to explore and incorporate AI/ML features into product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and user-centric.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent, structured communication with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyse product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve features and processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience: 1–2 years in product management or a related role.
• Tech Background: B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation, with familiarity in basic programming logic, data flows and data analysis
• Cross-functional Execution: Proven track record of working with development teams to deliver projects.
• Product Exposure: At least 1 year of hands‑on product management experience.
• AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve business problems.
