Job summary

eClerx is hiring for Reference Data – Associate Process Manager/Process Manager. The role requires 3 to 11 years of experience in reference data, master data management, data operations, or related domains, with a flexible shift model and immediate joiner preference or up to 60 days notice.

The candidate should be proficient in conceptualizing, designing and delivering high-quality data solutions, with strong analytical and quantitative abilities and knowledge of offshoring processes.

• 3 to 11 years of experience in experience in reference data, master data management, data operations, or related domains.
• Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
• Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred

Skills :-

• Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction
• Experience in financial services, banking, healthcare, retail, or enterprise operations environments.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data management.
• Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutes
• Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands
