Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Process Excellence professional in Indore to oversee IMS alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 5. The role involves defining processes per client requirements, conducting regular facilitation sessions, and publishing reports.

The candidate will perform internal audits, collect project metrics, participate in team reviews, and deliver trainings. Ideal for those with 1–3 years’ experience and strong process skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Awareness of Process Excellence standards and models.
• Familiar with commonly used standards and models.
• Basic understanding of facilitation principles and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of conducting audits in line with the process defined.
• Basic understanding of process management concepts and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Understand IMS in-line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 5.

• Establish project defined process in-line with client requirements and IMS
• Conduct facilitations on weekly basis and publish reports
• Conduct internal audits on monthly basis and publish reports
