Job summary

HypTechie in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Principal – Package Implementation (SAP CRM Technical) to lead CRM technical development, integration, and solution delivery. The candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP CRM architecture, ABAP programming, and hands-on experience across UI layers and integrations.

You will collaborate with functional teams, design and test ABAP programs, develop SAP CRM interfaces using Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms, SAP GUI and Fiori, and ensure seamless connections

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SAP CRM modules, architecture, and UI technologies.
• Strong expertise in ABAP, including Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM UI layers such as PCUI, IC Web, IPC, SAP GUI, and Fiori.
• Experience integrating CRM with ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and test ABAP programs, including custom reports, enhancements, extensions, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain SAP CRM user interfaces using Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms, SAP GUI, and SAP Fiori.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other SAP applications such as ECC and S/4HANA, as well as third‑party systems.
• Utilize integration technologies such as Web Services and BAdIs to support CRM processes.
• Perform thorough unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high‑quality deliverables aligned with business expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support technical architecture decisions and solution designs.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, development logic, and implementation details for future reference.
