Job summary

Pocketful is building a modern fintech and stock broking platform; we seek an Operations & Back Office Associate to support post-trade, client servicing, settlement, and operational workflows in a high-volume broking environment.

You will collaborate with RMS, Compliance, Depository, Client Servicing, and Technology teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and adherence to regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Stock Broking Operations, Back Office, DP Operations, or Financial Services Operations.
• Strong understanding of broking operations, settlements, and post-trade workflows.
• Familiarity with NSE/BSE/MCX operations, depository processes, and client servicing workflows.
• Good understanding of KYC and operational compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
• Comfortable working in high-volume operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office and operational activities related to stock broking operations.
• Process client onboarding, account modifications, KYC verification, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate trade settlements, payout processing, ledger management, and reconciliation activities.
• Support DP operations including pledge/unpledge requests, DIS processing, and depository-related activities.
• Monitor operational issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of operational records, reports, and client documentation.
• Coordinate with exchanges, depositories, banks, and internal stakeholders for operational execution.
• Assist in handling client queries related to operations, settlements, funds, and securities.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance processes.
• Support operational audits, reporting, and regulatory documentation requirements.

Candidate Profile
