Job summary

Bandhan Amc is seeking a Graduate with MF operations experience to manage daily SIP registrations, rejections, and regulatory quality checks. You will coordinate with service providers and branches, analyze trends, and drive root-cause actions to salvage SIP business.

You will also review financial transactions, support data clean-up, and ensure timely invoicing and compliance across backend operations.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate.
• Experience in Mutual Fund operations, preferably RTA Operations / Backend operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily review of systematic & mandate registrations and rejections.
• Work towards SIP business salvage by analyzing rejection trends, identifying root causes & taking proactive actions to retain SIP business.
• Reviewing financial & non-financial transactions including regulatory compliance, quality checks and TATs.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholder including service providers and RTA.
• Work on escalations from branches.
• Monitor trigger reports w.r.t transaction processing and data clean-up.
• Checking invoices of various service providers.
• Undertaking any other tasks or assignments as may be required to support business objectives
