• Create and maintain efficient processes, reporting tools, and cost-saving initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Warehouse Management

• Cx Pilot for Warehouse Operations

• Provide daily oversight and direction of warehouse operations (picking, packing and line fulfillment).
• Leads continuous improvement program and tracks performance
  Ensure the stock cycle counting and physical inventory activities are performed according to guidelines, procedures, FP&A planning and statutory closing calendar.

• Create and maintain efficient, sustainable processes including reporting and management tools to bring visibility to the root causes of return, ensure policy adherence, and drive cost saving, and customer satisfaction.
  
  Operational Excellence

• Manage warehouse automation project, implementation and daily operation/maintenance (RFID)

• Assessing existing and future requirements of the organization in determining the optimal logistic strategy and warehouse footprint.
• Working with the management team, generating the annual 3- strategy for the warehouse, looking for continuous improvement in the key metric of cost as a percent of sales so as to leverage investment as we grow
• Ensure Cx tools implementation in cell as PilotInvestigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate cause.Use Cx tools to establish approval criteria to ensure the identification of quality failure concerns for both internal and external manufactured parts and assemblies.
