Job summary

• Must be able to manage and optimize production performance, including efficiency, productivity, production plan target achievement, and communicating quality and material issues
• Must have good analytical abilities to assess production performance daily, monthly and annually against criteria such as efficiency, labour and material productivity, quality
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with operators
• Must have good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills for preparing analysis charts and business presentations

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
