Job Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management Operational Excellence Cx Pilot for Warehouse Operations Provide daily oversight and direction of warehouse operations (picking, packing and line fulfillment).
• Leads continuous improvement program and tracks performance.
• Ensure the stock cycle counting and physical inventory activities are performed according to guidelines, procedures, FP&A planning and statutory closing calendar.
• Create and maintain efficient, sustainable processes including reporting and management tools to bring visibility to the root causes of return, ensure policy adherence, and drive cost saving, and customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence Manage warehouse automation project, implementation and daily operation/maintenance (RFID).
• Assessing existing and future requirements of the organization in determining the optimal logistic strategy and warehouse footprint.
• Working with the management team, generating the annual 3- strategy for the warehouse, looking for continuous improvement in the key metric of cost as a percent of sales so as to leverage investment as we grow.
• Ensure Cx tools implementation in cell as Pilot Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate cause.
• Use Cx tools to establish approval criteria to ensure the identification of quality failure concerns for both internal and external manufactured parts and assemblies.
