Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Sr. Associate, Mfg/Ops at its Sricity facility. The role focuses on established professionals in manufacturing operations with strong understanding of assembly, fabrication and process improvement.

You will analyze scheduling, sequence work, and collaborate with process engineering, quality and supply chain to meet production targets. The position requires hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, TQM concepts and proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Analytical abilities to assess production performance daily, monthly and annually against efficiency, labour and material productivity, quality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with operators.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for analyses and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Must have good understanding of assembly, fabrication forming and other manufacturing processes.
• Must have a good understanding of lean manufacturing and TQM concepts like productivity, efficiency, PPM, process capability.
• Required to have ability to handle E-category manpower.
• Manage and optimize production performance, including efficiency, productivity, production plan target achievement, communicating quality and material issues.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with operators while coordinating with process engineering, quality and supply chain to align with business requirements.
• Develop and present production analytics using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
