Qualifications

• 1+ year managing marketplace ads (Amazon/Flipkart).
• Experience scaling brands with efficient strategies.
• Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
• Experience with other marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our marketplace ads team as Associate, primarily focused on Amazon and Flipkart ads. The successful candidate will work closely with account managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that ads campaigns and initiatives are executed successfully and on time.

• Assist in the creation, optimization, and management of Amazon advertising campaigns for clients.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure optimal results.
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate reports and present findings to internal teams and clients.
• Work closely with the account managers to ensure that client campaigns meet or exceed performance goals and plan scale ups. Conduct ops calls to identify and address challenges faced by the account managers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, Amazon algorithms, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in managing marketplace ads (Amazon and Flipkart) across multiple industries & geographies
• Experience in driving new ideas and adopting new strategies to scale up brands with efficiency
• Should have sound knowledge of amazon ecosystem - seller central, vendor central, pi, etc.
• Additional experience in other marketplaces is preferred – Flipkart, Walmart, Myntra, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
