Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to manage high-value corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bidding process execution, managing daily corporate transactions, maintaining strict turnaround timelines, ensuring financial accuracy, and engaging with key stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Corporates, MSMEs, and Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction & Financing Process Management: Manage bidding and transaction execution for 10-15 corporates with the objective to maximize throughput.
• Ensure all transactions are executed within defined TATs by enabling competitive interest rates and financial terms.
• Maintain operational efficiency and time-bound closures under pressure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporates to maximize transactions and ensure regular communication/troubleshooting Ensure all stakeholders receive favourable deal terms and high service standards
