Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a skilled affiliate marketing professional to plan and execute comprehensive campaigns. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to shape messages, gather materials, and craft communications across social, online and print media.

The role requires 3–5 years of writing/editing experience, strong content creation skills and a portfolio of relevant projects. AEM and content management proficiency are advantageous, with opportunities for growth in a global team.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of writing/editing experience with content creation and execution.
• Experience in digital marketing and social selling is a plus.
• Portfolio of relevant projects demonstrating communications campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the affiliate marketing plan.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to understand product and communication needs.
• Gather materials to analyze campaigns and determine effective communications techniques.
• Draft and propose campaigns across social, online, print, direct mail and other media.
• Present ideas to marketing teams and execute as planned.
• Create and deliver press releases, media content, case studies, white papers, bios and newsletters.
• Research media coverage and industry trends; develop thought leadership content.
• Coordinate conferences, trade shows, and press interviews.
• Create content and collaterals per business requirements for campaigns.
• Evaluate success of digital campaigns after completion.
• Perform other duties and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the affiliate marketing plan.
• Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
• Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
• Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
• Present design ideas and recommendations to the marketing manager, committee, or sales team and executes as planned.
• Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
• Research media coverage and industry trends and create thought leadership materials.
• Coordinate for conferences, trade shows, and press interviews.
• Create content and design collaterals as per the business requirements for executing the campaigns.
• The Evaluates success of digital campaigns when completed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensure that all communications adhere to organizational and Brand guidelines.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Technical Skills:Three to five years of related experience in writing and editing; content creation and execution, social media and email marketing experience, or a portfolio of relevant previous projects is highly preferred. Experience in digital marketing and social selling would be added advantage.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency in Content management tools is mandatory.
• Digital marketing tools (like AEM - Adobe Experience Manager or any other), while avoiding spamming.
