HR Mind is seeking a strategic analyst to support C-suite with analytical insights and strategic planning. The role involves conducting market and industry analyses, applying Porter’s Five Forces and PESTLE to identify growth opportunities and risks in aviation and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• MBA, PGDM or equivalent preferred.
• 2-5 years experience with hands on experience in strategic analysis and environment scanning.
• Experience in developing strategy and business cases.

Role & responsibilities

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• CEO and DIAL senior leadership for analytical support, key business updates etc.
• All departments within various analytical and strategic issues
• Support development and refinement of strategy aligned with DIALs long-term
• vision and regulatory framework.
• Conduct market, industry, competitive, and benchmarking analyses to identify
• growth opportunities, risks, and emerging trends in aviation and infrastructure
• sectors.
• Apply models such as Porter's five forces, PESTLE etc. to conduct environment scan
• Prepare strategic reports, business cases, feasibility studies, and presentations for
• senior management.
• Benchmarking - Track global best practices and trends

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

MBA, PGDM or equivalent preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

2-5 years experience with hands on experience in:

• Ability to scan the environment, conduct SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's five forces etc. and

support in development of strategy
