Job summary

Hipotz in Mumbai invites applications for AVP / Sr. Manager to oversee key banking operations, including corporate and individual account opening, account servicing, remittances, and trade finance activities.

The role requires strong analytical ability, knowledge of accounting principles, banking processes, and proficiency in MS Office; responsibilities span LC issuance, bank guarantees, SWIFT communications, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in commerce with accounting and Banking knowledge.
• Banking experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking; good knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Account Opening: Processing Corporate & Individual accounts.
• Account Servicing & Maintenance: E-Token issuance, statement registration, letter issuance.
• INR Remittances: Processing Inward & Outward (RTGS & NEFT) * Forex Remittances: Processing of Inward SWIFT (Trade, Service & FDI) and Outward SWIFT (Trade, Service & Salary).
• Trade Transactions:-Bank Guarantee- Issuance & Amendment, Collection of Fees and Confirmations.
• Letter of Credit- Issuance & Amendment, Collection of Fees.
• Bill Discounting- Bill Lodgement, Discounting & Confirmations.-Unfunded Risk Participations
• Confirmations, SWIFT Issuance & Collection of Fees.
• Trade Finance Balance Dashboard reporting.
• Cash &Cheque Clearing and Settlement Entries.
• Loan- Disbursement, Interest Reset, Rollovers and Extension entries in CBS.
• Customer Service- First line of customer service in terms of direct customer footfall in branch, over the calls and through emails.
• Fee recovery for various services provided to customer by Front Office teams.
• Reporting- Direct reporting through IDPMS, EDPMS, BSR2, SFT,CRS,FATCA,FIRMS, etc. and Data collation for very important reports like CBWT, GST, R-return,other reports required by HO and RBI.
• Handle Audits like Concurrent, Statutory, Regulatory & Head Office, Also handle LEA queries.
