Job summary

Adani Power invites an experienced Project Scheduler to lead master schedules for BTG and BOP packages at our Singrauli site, Madhya Pradesh, India. You will develop Level-1 to Level-3 schedules using Primavera P6, establish milestones and critical paths, monitor baselines, and generate weekly progress reports.

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8–15 years of experience is required. Experience with integrated scheduling across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Mechanical engineering degree (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech) required.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare project baselines covering Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning activities.
• Develop Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, and detailed package-wise schedules.
• Establish milestones and critical paths for BTG and BOP project packages.
• Prepare integrated schedules encompassing all project functions.

Project Monitoring & Controls

• Monitor actual progress against approved baseline schedules.
• Perform critical path and float analysis.
• Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks impacting project timelines.
• Prepare catch-up and recovery plans for delayed activities.
• Conduct look-ahead planning and rolling-wave schedule updates
• Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports.
