Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Manager - SHEQ to lead day-to-day SHEQ activities for assigned sites in Rourkela, Odisha.

The role requires ensuring compliance with Linde HSE guidelines across operations, maintenance and commissioning, with an on-site working scheme. You will monitor and guide the safety team, develop site-specific HSE programs, and drive audits, inspections and corrective actions to improve safety performance, alignment with policies and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum five to seven (5-7) years' experience in process safety
• Diploma in Industrial Safety

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will monitor and guide the safety team for assigned sites, implementing and adhering to Linde HSE policies and systems
• Develop site-specific HSE programs and processes for the sites
• Review the outcomes of Safety Awareness Programs such as toolbox talks, site walks, and working conditions
• Ensure corrective and preventive HSE measures are implemented in line with statutory and customer requirements, and conduct regular inspections and audits
• Participate in maintaining, supervising, evaluating and developing HSE management for assigned sites according to policy and objectives
• Maintain a coherent SHEQ group for implementation of Linde SHEQ policies, employee development and performance

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and guiding the safety team, for assigned group of sites, in implementing and adhering to Linde HSE policies and systems
• Further, you will prepare site specific HSE program & processes for Site(s) (as assigned)
• Additionally, you will review the "implementation of outcomes" of Safety Awareness Programs such as toolbox talks / site walks / working conditions
• Furthermore, you will ensure implementation and monitoring of the corrective and preventive HSE measures are in accordance with statutory and customer requirements and you will organize and conduct regular inspections and audits in order to check and improve implementation of HSE stipulations
• Participating in the maintenance, supervision, evaluation and further development of HSE management for assigned sites according to HSE policy, strategy & objectives and ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness is a part of your responsibility
• Moreover, you are in charge of maintaining a coherent SHEQ group for implementation of Linde SHEQ policies and guidelines, employee development, empowerment, team and the individual performance
