Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a mid‑level professional to manage investor relations, wire instructions, and investor portal activities across global clients. The role involves onboarding new clients, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with treasury teams while delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a global team to maintain investor portals, respond to portal inquiries, and train new staff, while ensuring strict adherence to protocols and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience with Investors services, hedge funds, Private Equity admin, client facing, working with wires, KYC, compliance.
• People management experience of 1 to 2 years.
• Very customer services and attention to detail oriented. Good with a large volume client.

• Updating and maintaining investor portals and distributing documents to investors

• Maintain compliance and control protocols

Key Responsibilities

• LP reporting email management
• Updating and maintaining various investor portals to include uploading and distributing documents to investors
• Investor portal question management
• Maintain compliance and control protocols
• Onboarding new clients from start to finish, with group level support, as needed
• Training new employees
• Interface and communicate with the investor portal software companies or internal group teams
• Working with managers and or clients on investor communications
• Working with managers to meet deadlines
• Coordinating with treasury team when investor changes occur that are sent to the portal inbox
• Maintaining client protocol and best practices
