Job summary

Novo Nordisk Bengaluru invites an Associate Manager – Digital Capability Building to accelerate AI adoption across the India organization. You will design learning interventions and enable commercial and cross-functional teams to work smarter, faster, and with greater impact for patients.

You will craft digital learning experiences, build capability through instructional design and micro-learning, and measure the business impact of AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital learning, capability building, or AI/digital adoption roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms like Moodle, Cornerstone).
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions such as e-learning modules, micro-learning content, and blended learning.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI tools; translate technical concepts into practical learning experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills across levels.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong project management capabilities.

Your new role

As Associate Manager – Digital Capability Building, you will be at the forefront of accelerating AI and Generative AI adoption across Novo Nordisk India. • Driving awareness, capability, and sustainable adoption of approved AI tools across commercial and cross‑functional teams

• Designing and facilitating engaging capability‑building sessions that empower employees to confidently integrate AI into their daily workflows
• Creating digital learning experiences through instructional design, e‑learning development, and micro‑learning solutions
• Measuring adoption and business application of AI technologies to ensure lasting behavioural change
• Partnering with global and local teams to align capability‑building initiatives with broader digital transformation priorities

Your Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital learning, capability building, or AI/digital adoption roles, ideally within a commercial, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment
• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms like Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning solutions such as e-learning modules, micro-learning content, and blended learning programmes
• Strong data analytics & visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI tools, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage cross‑functional teams at all levels
• A proactive, self‑driven mindset with strong project management capabilities and a bias toward action.
