Job summary

Mobikwik in Gurgaon seeks an experienced Design professional to establish a cohesive brand identity across apps, digital, print, and marketing collateral. The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and create visually engaging assets for campaigns, social media, emails, and advertisements.

The candidate should have 8–10 years in design with 4–5 years leading teams, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in UI/UX for digital platforms and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 8-10 years of design experience, with 4-5 years leading design teams in marketing/creative environments.
• Emphasis on mobile-friendly design.
• Experience in Fintech, Edtech, Food tech, E-commerce or Media preferred.
• Utilizing AI tools in daily tasks is essential.
• Strong portfolio across digital and print; UI/UX for websites and mobile apps.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Design

Job Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a compelling, consistent brand identity across all platforms online &offline space (App, Digital, Print, OOH, Marketing Collaterals etc)
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the design process, ensuring both depth and uniformity in design that contribute to time savings
• Lead in creating visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, Branding, social media, email, advertisements, and other promotional materials ( Ai Tool is Mandatory)
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align design strategies with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Own the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization and ideation to final execution and delivery.
• Ensure designs are consistent across all platforms, maintaining brand identity and ensuring user-centric experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Mobikwik's marketing collateral fresh and engaging.
• Manage timelines to deliver designs on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to augment the in-house design capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor & / Master & degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in design, with at least 4-5 years of experience in leading design teams within a marketing or creative environment.
• The emphasis should be on creating a design that is mobile-friendly.
• Experience working in Fintech, Edtech, Food tech, E-commerce, or Media industries is highly preferred.
• Utilizing AI tools in daily tasks is essential
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print mediums.
• Solid experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms, websites, and mobile apps.
• Ability to think strategically, balancing creativity with business needs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
