About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer Associate who’s curious, motivated, and comfortable learning by doing. You’ll work with our content and design teams on day‑to‑day creative needs and get hands‑on experience across digital design, branding and marketing assets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create clear, high-quality visuals across marketing channels, including WhatsApp, In-app banners etc.
• Own small design tasks end-to-end, from brief to final output.
• Adapt designs across formats (resize, reformat, optimize for different platforms).
• Use AI tools to speed up execution and explore new creative directions.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals.

What we're looking for

• 0-1 year experience or strong design coursework.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong basics in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly.
• Curious to experiment with new tools, especially AI‑led workflows.
