Mobikwik, a leading digital financial services platform in India, seeks an experienced Sr. Manager Business Finance to own AOP end-to-end, drive performance reviews, and partner with business heads.

The role requires 6–10 years in FP&A/Business Finance with leadership experience and strong analytical and modelling skills. Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/CA from premier institutes.
• 6-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance roles, with prior experience leading a team.
• Strong strategic, analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in Broking, Fintech Startups, NBFCs, Banks, Insurance & technology startups highly desirable
• Excellent MS Office skills and comfort working with digital reports and digital processes
• Working knowledge of AI prompts/tools to drive efficiency in reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) end-to-end for assigned business line(s), including revenue, cost, and profitability forecasts, in close partnership with business heads and leadership
• Lead monthly/quarterly business performance reviews against AOP; drive deep-dive variance analysis and steer course-correction with business and functional leaders
• Independently identify and drive insights on revenue/cost optimization levers; recommend and influence strategic decisions to improve unit economics and business profitability
• Own financial reporting and business reviews to senior management and leadership, including CXO-level presentations
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to business, accounts, and external partner teams, driving alignment on financial goals, budgets, and reporting
• Proactively monitor business and financial performance, assess risks/opportunities, and drive strategic recommendations to optimize operations
• Lead process improvement and governance own SOPs, strengthen controls, and drive automation initiatives across the business finance function
• Partner closely with the Investor Relations and Treasury teams on reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts/managers, building a strong business finance bench
• Support fundraising, M&A, and other strategic initiatives with financial analysis and business cases, as required
