Work from Office with US Night Shift. You will manage compensation & benefits programs, including merit cycles, annual increases, 401(k)/COBRA, and healthcare and welfare benefits, while driving process improvements with strong MS Excel analytics and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Experience with US compensation operations preferred.
• Knowledge of 401(k)/COBRA and benefits administration.
• Strong MS Excel and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation & benefits programs and policies.
• Oversee merit cycles, annual increases, and year-end processes.
• Handle employee queries and escalations with timely resolution.
• Ensure process controls, compliance, and data accuracy across benefits.
