Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits / Global Benefits professional with strong expertise in benefits management, Rewards & Recognition, vendor management, and employee wellness programs.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing benefits programs across multiple geographies such as APAC, Middle East, UK, and US, along with strong analytical, operational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Global Benefits

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, annual health check-ups, leave benefits, insurance, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefits.
• Benchmark benefits programs against market trends and ensure competitiveness across regions.
• Design, implement, roll out, and harmonize benefits programs across multiple geographies.
• Manage global and regional benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, and service providers.
• Drive initiatives such as flexible benefits, wellness programs, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
• Ensure benefits programs comply with applicable local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update benefits policies and processes.
• Establish governance frameworks for benefits administration.
• Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, leadership, and other stakeholders on benefits-related initiatives.
• Act as the central point of contact for employee benefits queries, issues, and escalations.
• Support leadership in benefits strategy, planning, and investment decisions.
• Maintain accurate benefits data and documentation.
• Prepare reports and analytics covering benefits utilization, costs, trends, and employee feedback.
• Support benefits communication through FAQs, awareness campaigns, employee communications, and walkthroughs.

Rewards & Recognition

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
• Partner with business units, HR, communications, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of recognition programs.
• Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of R&R initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Manage Long Service Anniversary programs and ensure timely identification of eligible employees based on tenure milestones such as 5, 10, and 15 years.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee recognition and engagement programs.

Wellness Programs

• Plan and coordinate employee wellness initiatives including fitness challenges, health screenings, mental health sessions, webinars, and awareness programs.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver effective wellness initiatives.
• Track participation and feedback and recommend improvements.
