Qualifications

  • Strong governance, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop young women.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with students, families, staff, and partners.

  • Oversee centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
  • Plan and schedule engagement activities aligned with programme priorities and centre needs.
  • Coordinate with Aakriti volunteers to support mentorship, development, and participation in centre activities.

  • Monitor centre activities and maintain accurate data, records, and reports at defined intervals.
  • Ensure effective execution of centre plans, timelines, and operational follow-ups.

Role Summary
