We're looking for an Associate Manager - Business Finance to join our Lending team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes while supporting strategic business decisions.
Preparing and owning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), month plans, and outlooks.
Conduct detailed variance analysis against plan and business targets to highlight the gaps and key drivers.
Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate ROI, track channel-wise Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and optimize acquisition budgets
Driving business profitability by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve unit economics and optimize costs.
Identify key levers for business growth and partner with business stakeholders to drive implementation.
Oversee pricing structures while enforcing strict data governance to ensure rate-card compliance and margin protection
Partnering with the Financial Controllership team to ensure accurate financial representation of the business
