PhonePe Limited is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to drive day-to-day operations, stakeholder management, and process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business operations, fintech, financial services, tech, or similar.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset with bias toward action and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
• B.Tech/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to drive day-to-day operations, stakeholder management, process improvements, and execution across a fast-paced business environment.

• Own day-to-day operations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage partner relationships, operational issues, escalations, and dependencies through to resolution.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation or technological intervention, and work with business and technical teams to implement solutions.
• Track key operational metrics, analyze data, identify root causes, and drive improvements in performance and customer experience.
• Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting, with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Partner with finance and relevant teams on reconciliations, exceptions, and operational corrections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, integrations, launches, and process changes from planning through execution.
• Proactively identify risks, bring clarity to ambiguous problems, and drive issues towards closure.
• Maintain a strong customer-first mindset while balancing operational efficiency and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business operations, fintech, financial services, technology, or a similar environment.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset with a bias towards action and problem-solving.
