Job summary

HDFC Life invites applications for Associate Manager in Annuity Loans & Segmental Department. The role focuses on timely processing of annuity payouts, pension maturities, and policy loan disbursements, with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with IRDA regulations.

You will coordinate with sales, IT, and external vendors, drive performance improvements, and support audits while building dashboards and MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2+ years of work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and data management.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of Annuity and Pension Maturity
• Timely and accurate processing of policy loan disbursement, settlement, policy assignment, annuity processing etc
• MIS reporting - Monthly MBR PPT, Weekly Loan Further Requirement, TAT monitoring
• Control reports monitoring and timely actioning on the outliers till closure
• Preparing dashboards for Group Annuity payouts
• Handling audits such as SDA, Concurrent / Internal, Statutory Audit and ensure no major issues
• System automation and improvements to handling mechanism
• Liaison with stakeholders across all functional areas, including sales, business units, information technology and outside vendors for customer payouts, improve KPI scores and effective complaint resolutions.
• Processing assigned activities related to Annuity, Loan & Segments

Designation - Associate Manager

Deliver an enriched customer experience by quickly responding to Annuity and Policy loan related payout requests. Annuity & Loan function play a significant role in achieving organizations vision & strategy for Policyholder payout and comply with the IRDA regulations in terms of protecting policyholders rights.

What are we looking for?

A potential candidate who can ensure execution and supervision of operations for daily annuity, pension maturity and loan processing on timely and accurate basis.

The candidate to handle audits such as SDA, Concurrent / Internal, Statutory Audit and ensure no major issues

The candidate is responsible for driving targets to reduce annuity pendency and pension pendency, achieve T day payout

Liasion/ Engagement with various stakeholders- across all functional areas, including sales, business units, information technology and outside vendors for customer payouts, improve KPI scores and effective complaint resolutions.

What does the job entail?

Essential conditions:

• Education: Graduate
