Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance in India is seeking a field sales professional to drive life insurance solutions through bank channels. You will lead generation at account openings, establish relationships with cluster heads, and deliver presentations to corporate clients.

The role involves engaging HNI clients for one-on-one selling, closing sales, and following up on issuances. You will also raise bank staff awareness on annuity and protection plans, and participate in training sessions to reduce

Responsibilities

• Lead generation at account openings/service call to customers
• Establish and strengthen relationships with cluster heads and staff to gain mindshare on protection and annuity
• Engage with banks staff for one-on-one selling to HNI clients
• Close sales and follow up on issuance
• Increase bank customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve penetration on annuity and protection
• Drive reward and recognition programs for bank staff
• Train bank staff regularly on annuity and protection plans
• Minimize business leakage including cancellations

Role & responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call being made to the customer
• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare from them on protection and Annuity
• Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate.
• Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one on one selling
• Closing sale and following up on issuance.
• Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on Annuity and protection
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
• Train the bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan
• Business Leakage including cancellations

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
• Work Experience: Prefer 2-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance field. If 1 year in LI field, then balance 2-3 years can be from BFSI vertical.
• Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 25-30 years
• Preferably has own conveyance
