Job summary

SkillLabs in Maharashtra is seeking a Relationship Manager to foster and strengthen relationships with the allocated customer base, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.

You will act as the single point of contact for customer queries and complaints, drive retention within the Book of Relations, and focus on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
