Job summary

  • Draft, review and ensure accuracy of legal documents related to corporate law
  • Coordinate with Revantage finance, tax, acquisition and sales teams for information and incorporation of advice
  • Organise regular board meetings, board minutes and statutory filings
  • Oversee restructuring and financing steps with internal/external teams
  • Maintain company database and assist in virtual archiving
  • Monitor accessibility of legal and corporate documents
  • Ensure organized saving, filing and scanning of documents

Profile

You have at least 4 - 6 years' experience in financial industry, you worked with legal/corporate department of a fiduciary or have worked in a law firm or MNC . You are willing and looking to consolidate and grow your skills and talents in the long term with a company that works in a strong team and results‑based environment. You speak English fluently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the legal and corporate requirements for your real estate portfolios
  • Ensur e thorough absorption of new deals post-closing and subsequently the management of the entities during their legal and corporate life cycle until the disposal process;
  • Liaise with the cross-London and internal management as well as service providers and advisors for the efficient running of all deals and entities' corporate governance;
  • Draft, r eview and ensure the accuracy of legal documents in relation to corporate law ( implementation of template clauses, legislation, signature, date, corporate details etc.);
  • Liaise with the Revantage finance, tax, acquisition and sales teams for transparency of information, organisation and incorporation of advice in the legal documentation;
  • Organise regular board meetings, board minutes, Statutory filings, written resolutions ;
  • Oversee restructuring and financing steps along with other internal and external teams and advisors;
  • Help to maintain the company database and assist in the virtual archiving process ;
  • Monitor the accuracy and accessibility of legal and corporate documents ;
  • Ensure organized, clear and consistent saving, filing and scanning of all documents.
