Job summary

Revantage, with offices in Bengaluru, seeks a qualified Company Secretary to lead corporate secretarial and administration tasks for European entities, including Luxembourg and UK. The role requires 1–4 years in the financial sector, with a focus on fiduciary, law firm, or corporate administration experience.

You will support board meetings, maintain legal documents, and help with regulatory reporting while growing your skills within a results-driven team.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years' experience in financial industry, preferably corporate secretarial and/or corporate administration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform corporate secretarial tasks for European companies (Luxembourg & UK).
  • Coordinate quarterly board and shareholders meetings for UK & Luxembourg.
  • Incorporation of new entities in Luxembourg and UK.
  • Coordinate liquidations and related legal documents for Luxembourg/UK entities.
  • Filing with Trade Registers in Luxembourg and the UK.
  • Support regulatory reporting under EU Law (e.g., DAC6).
  • Track and monitor legal documents for accuracy.
  • Assist in development and automation of processes.

Profile:

Should be a Qualified Company Secretary.

1-4 years' experience in financial industry, preferably corporate secretarial and/or corporate administration with a fiduciary, law firm, other consultancy firm or corporate department.

Willing and looking to consolidate and grow your skills and talents in the long term with a company that works in a strong team and results-based environment.

Fluent in English.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Perform corporate secretarial/ corporate administration tasks for European companies, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Performing corporate secretarial tasks for Luxembourg & UK companies (including, but not limited to, corporate changes, drafting of agreements, audit processes' support, register updates, quarterly board meetings).
  • Co-ordination and management of quarterly board meetings, shareholders meetings for UK & Luxembourg companies.
  • Incorporation of new entities in Luxembourg and UK.
  • Coordinating and managing the liquidations and associated legal documents for Luxembourg or UK registered entities.
  • Filings with the Trade Registers in Luxembourg and UK as appropriate.
  • Contributing, to regular regulatory reporting under EU Law, such as DAC6 and any disclosures required for the depository as needed.
  • Track and monitor the accuracy of the legal documents including but not limited to Service Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, other legal agreements (signature, date, corporate details etc.).
  • Prioritize business and information needs for Reporting purposes by planning and coordinating the tasks with the other members of the team.
  • Help to maintain the company database and assist in the digital archiving process.
  • Monitor the accuracy and accessibility of legal and corporate documents digital format.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes and automation projects.
  • Be able to navigate easily through corporate and property documents of different jurisdictions, so as to answer Reporting requests for European entities.

  • Previous exposure to Project Review and Project Management would be an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with legal documents/ company registers/ files would be an advantage.
