Preferred candidate profile

Advanced Technology & Commercial Contracting

Extensive track record negotiating enterprise-grade SaaS/PaaS agreements, complex cloud migration deals, cross-border technology transfers, software licensing, and master services agreements (MSAs) with global counterparties.

Data Protection & Cybersecurity Governance

Subject matter expertise in domestic and global privacy regimes (DPDP Act 2023, DPDP Rules 2025, GDPR, CCPA), including structuring data mapping frameworks, cross-border data transfer mechanisms, and handling incident/data breach responses.

Emerging Tech & AI Governance

Practical experience advising tech clients on artificial intelligence (AI) compliance, machine learning liability, open-source software (OSS) governance, fintech regulations, and regulatory sandboxes.
