Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of hands‑on experience in web application development and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise‑grade web applications across frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure layers.
This role requires strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, secure application architecture, API development, data management, and DevOps practices. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing cloud‑native solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Lead end‑to‑end application development from requirements analysis through production deployment.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable application components.
- Develop secure, performant, and responsive user experiences.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision‑making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Tech Stack - React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Zustand, TanStack Query, MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library)
Responsibilities
- Develop modern Single Page Applications (SPA) using React and TypeScript.
- Create reusable UI components and shared component libraries.
- Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Manage client‑side state using Zustand.
- Integrate APIs and optimise server‑state management using TanStack Query.
- Implement Microsoft Entra ID authentication using MSAL.
- Build document preview and document management capabilities.
- Optimise frontend performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain automated frontend unit tests utilizing Vitest.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Tech Stack - ASP.NET Core (.NET 8+), C#, Entity Framework Core, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft Entra ID
Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement controllers, service layers, and business logic components.
- Build scalable backend solutions following Clean Architecture principles.
- Implement authentication, authorisation, and role‑based access controls.
- Integrate Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Managed Identities.
- Develop event‑driven and asynchronous processing solutions using Azure Service Bus.
- Implement integrations with Azure Functions and serverless workloads.
- Develop integrations with external systems, AI services, and Agent APIs.
- Build document generation and Excel export capabilities.
- Optimise application performance and scalability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests using xUnit.
Tech Stack - Azure SQL Database, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable relational database solutions.
- Implement and manage Entity Framework Core migrations.
- Develop and optimise SQL queries, indexes, stored procedures, and views.
- Ensure database performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement data security, auditing, and governance requirements.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor database health and proactively address performance issues.
- Support data migration and modernisation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud‑native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop secure integrations using Managed Identities and Key Vault.
- Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and diagnostics.
- Implement cloud security and governance standards.
- Support cloud modernisation initiatives and platform optimisation.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Optimise Azure resource utilisation and application performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design sessions and solution reviews.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide project estimates, technical assessments, and risk identification.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmap discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in web application development.
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
- 5+ years of experience building cloud‑native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale, customer‑facing web applications.
- Strong experience in API development, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with AI/Agent integrations and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and AI‑powered workflows.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CQRS, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), and Event‑Driven Architecture.
- Azure certifications (AZ‑204, AZ‑305, AZ‑400, AZ‑104) preferred.
