Job summary

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling Mid/Short Term Project Execution Plans
• Prepare and implement mid/short-term project execution plans including civil excavation/foundation plans
• Align project execution with the long-term plan developed by the Corporate PMAG Team
• Directly responsible for maintaining and updating project schedules in Primavera
• Identify and analyze delays, ensuring corrective actions are taken to keep projects on track
• Involved in the overall and yearly budget finalization process
• Regularly monitor and analyze all cost components of projects to ensure budgetary compliance
• Prepare cash flow projections and conduct financial analysis to ensure funds for project execution
• Align activity-based project costing with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Manage the creation, archival, and distribution of project documents on IT platforms (e.g., dmacq)
• Analyze project contracts, monitor compliance, and manage issues and escalations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture daily/weekly progress and prepare MIS reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy digital tools to improve productivity

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and maintaining mechanical systems and installations, ensuring compliance with standards and timely completion within budget. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining quality and safety, and managing documentation to support successful project delivery and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling Mid/Short Term Project Execution Plans
• Prepare and implement mid/short-term project execution plans, including civil excavation/foundation plans, material fabrication and dispatch schedules, and site preparation/resource deployment plans.
• Align project execution with the long-term plan developed by the Corporate PMAG Team.

Scheduling and Progress Measurement

• Directly responsible for maintaining and updating project schedules in Primavera.
• Identify and analyze delays, ensuring corrective actions are taken to keep projects on track.

Budgeting and Financial Control

• Involved in the overall and yearly budget finalization process, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Regularly monitor and analyze all cost components of projects to ensure budgetary compliance.

Cash Flow Analysis and Projections

• Prepare cash flow projections and conduct financial analysis to ensure the availability of funds for project execution.
• Align activity-based project costing with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to maintain control over project budgets.

Document Control and Contract Management

• Manage the creation, archival, and distribution of project documents using an IT platform for document control.
• Ensure the availability of all project documents with the latest versions on the IT platform (e.g., dmacq).

Contract Analysis and Issue Management

• Analyze project contracts, monitor compliance, and manage issues and escalations as they arise.
• Ensure all contract-related documents are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Risk Management and Project MIS

• Identify potential risks to project timelines, budget, and quality.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address these challenges proactively.

Project MIS and Reporting

• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture daily and weekly progress, preparing comprehensive project and cluster MIS reports.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in project execution.

Implement and Optimize Digital Solutions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy digital tools that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the effective utilization of digital platforms to improve team efficiency and productivity.
