Job Purpose:

Associate Lead - CX ELV will coordinate and oversee the testing and commissioning activities for data centre projects. This role involves executing testing scripts/checklists, closely working with the team of engineers i.e. both internal external stakeholders and CxA , and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

Work Experience:

6-10 years of experiencen the commissioning domain and 3 to 4 years in Data Centres industry

Proven track record in testing and commissioning activities

Experience in coordinating and leading testing teams

Coordination:

Manage the testing and commissioning activities, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.

Plan Development:

Implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities.

Risk Management:

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential issues.
